Uhm, if owners.list doesn't list the package owner as being

  extras-orphan fedoraproject org

and if the Wiki page doesn't list the package as being orphaned either,
it is extremely bad form to perform sort of a "hostile take-over" without
mentioning in the CVS commit comment that this is in accordance with the
current package owner.

The fourth field is the package owner, not the fifth field. The 5th field
