Ah yes, I guess I should've explained a bit better... :-)

The script grabs all "Package Review" tickets.  It then looks at "opendate"
and counts the number of opened ticket, and keeps a running count of opened 
tickets.
Second, it looks at "changeddate", and if the package is marked CLOSED, it 
will have a look at the RESOLUTION field to categorize a bit.
The script counts the number of closed tickets per week (though ATM that's 
biased because the date looked at is the changeddate...) and keeps a running 
count of all closed tickets.  The queue length is the difference between the 
opened and the closed ticket running sum.

So, in short, it's FE-NEW + FE-REVIEW + still open FE-ACCEPT...
