Separate packages:

$ grep wine ~/fedora/extras/owners/owners.list
Fedora Extras|wine|A Windows 16/32/64 bit

Fedora Extras|wine-docs|Documentation for 
wine|andreas.bierfert at lowlatency.de|extras-qa at fedoraproject.org|
