Time to make Extras multi-lib?

As we're moving Core to having an algorithmic way of determining
multilib packages (if there's a -devel, then it's wanted in the tree +
depsolve), I think that we now actually *can* do multilib for Extras.
And the time is probably right... I've now had to enable the i386 extras
repo a few times to get libraries onto my x86_64 workstation.
