It's probably because I use php-pear-1.4.8.

replacing 
    pear -c pearrc install --nodeps -R %{buildroot} %{SOURCE0}
by  pear -c pearrc install --nodeps --packagingroot %{buildroot} %{SOURCE0}

solve the problem.

In this case, i also remove the
php-pear-PEAR-Command-Packaging-0.1.0-older-pear.patch

I alse add a patch to improve (a little) %file
