What's going on with devel builds?

I'm getting a build failure on devel, with the following error messages:

Error: Missing Dependency: libgomp.so.1 is needed by package gcc
Error: Missing Dependency: libstdc++.so.6 is needed by package gcc-c++

Is this some kind of rawhide breakage?
