When does FE-6 / devel branch happen?

Hi all,

I would like to know when the FE-6 / devel branch happens. Can / will an 
announcement be send to the list when this happens?

I'm asking because I've got a couple of package updates queued which I 
don't want to put in FE-6:
-imlib2-1.3.0 ABI compatible with 1.2.2 but uses gcc's visibility
 attribute and thus could break nasty users who use functions not
 defined in the public header files
-ogre-1.2.3 ipdate to 1.2.2 but upstream doesn't understand / cares
 about C++ abi issues thus even a minor release breaks the ABI (and the
 soname)
