Headsup: ogre soname change in next push

Hi all,

I've updated ogre to 1.2.3 and as always with a new upstream ogre
release this breaks the ABI and changes the soname!

The API is compatible so you should be able to fix any breakage by
simply rebuilding your packages.

I'll rebuild chess which uses ogre and which I maintain as soon as ogre
is done building.
