1) It makes no sense to build this as long as XTide and friends are
not approved.

2) You now have rushed into a situation I doubt you really appreciate.
This 40M huge noarch data package is listed as a dependency of XTide.
When upgrading from FC5 to FC6, your XTide users will need to update
40M without any change in the data. And the same again when they would
upgrade from FC6 to Rawhide.
