Yep, it's only in /usr/lib/rpm/find-lang.sh,
not /usr/lib/rpm/redhat/find-lang.sh.  Looks like the version in
redhat-rpm-config lags behind the one in rpm-build - would you mind
filing a bug against redhat-rpm-config about it?
