Attached are two files:
 - pkg_nag.txt is the list of maintainers/packages that just got a
   nagmail
 - pkg_nonag.txt list of noarch packages which were not nagged

Agreed, but so far have not found the time and right ideas to parse the
cvs logs...  Help welcome.
