RfR: mcs

Hi.

I kindly ask for a review of mcs (https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=232342).
It is currently blocking an update of audacious in devel, which I'd
like to get through before F7 release (it fixes a hanging bug, for one).
mcs is a quite smallish library, and thus the package is simple as well.
