xdpyinfo shows:
  dimensions:    2048x768 pixels (493x185 millimeters)
  resolution:    106x105 dots per inch

That's at least close enough to the real size (i haven't measure it). Its a
multiple monitor setup on my Laptop (12" Display + 17" external TFT).

My problem happens only when i start X with one monitor and enable the second
one with xrandr. That's reproducible every time.
