With the WIP3 patch I'm now using SalLayout for layouting (text to glyps) and
then using ::getNextGlyphs and rendering with cairo_show_glyphs.

Weirdly enough, this produces very ugly result (no proper layout adjustments
done) and is much worse than using the cairo "toy" api, cairo_show_text directly.

So something's still missing wrt. SalLayout stuff. I'll attach screenshots so
you get the idea.
