Dropped ibm-type1 ( See Also bug 317641 ).
Then fontforge uses ibm-type1 fonts(cour.pfa)

$ rpm -q --changelog xorg-x11-fonts-Type1 |less

* Mon Jan 14 2008 Tom "spot" Callaway <tcallawa redhat com> - 7.2-6
- IBM refused to relicense ibm-type1 fonts with permission to modify,
  so they were dropped (bugzilla 317641)
