You can get the SRPM with Than's fix here:
http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/getfile?taskID=1336938&name=fontconfig-2.6.99.behdad.20090318-2.fc11.src.rpm

See the fontconfig-2.6.99-pa-in.patch in that SRPM. Looking at it, he simply
replaced the new pa-in.orth by the original 2004 version of pa.orth.
