[Fedora-fonts-list] default Arabic font for F9?

Ok, I have made the changes to comps-f9, so let's see how it goes:
it should improve our out-of-the-box coverage. :-)

ps Also replaced most of the fonts-* packages in comps-f9 with the new 
named packages.
