Kde basque translation in fedora

Hi all,

I'm Marcos Goienetxe, the kde basque translation team coordinator.

I noticed there is not kde-i18n-basque package in fedora, being basque  
an official kde language since 2004.

I don't know who should I contact to fix this. Any hint would be appreciated.
