iok-1.3.5 released

Hi all,

iok 1.3.5 is now available for download at:
https://fedorahosted.org/releases/i/o/iok/iok-1.3.5.tar.gz
http://downloads.sf.net/iok/iok-1.3.5.tar.gz

 Since iso-codes-3.9 release, there is no 
/usr/share/iso-codes/iso_639.tab file available now. This file is used 
by iok to get iso-code for language name. I have changed iok code to 
read /usr/share/xml/iso-codes/iso_639.xml file and get language 
iso-codes from it. This will fix iok not to segfault anymore with 
iso-codes-3.10 in rawhide.
 I have also built this new release in rawhide.
