Logging into the packagedb from the commandline

Hey all,

I've posted some sample code that illustrates how to login to the
packagedb from the commandline.  I had to make a few minor modifications
to the packagedb server and to python-fedora to make it work so Bodhi,
mirrormanager, or other apps wanting to use this might want to look at
the packagedb code for login as well.  (The essentials of both are on
the page.)
