Bugzilla links update; page update and redirects required

Hi

https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/index.cgi has a couple of old link to:

http://fedora.redhat.com/download/mirrors.html instead of 
http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Distribution

and

http://fedora.redhat.com/participate/communicate/ instead of
http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Communicate

Redirects should probably be setup and the links updated in the bugzilla 
page.
