Problem with updates & updates-testing repo

Hi

Apologies for the noise if this is not the right place to report this

it seams that the createrepo script didn't run correctly for updates-7 &
updates-7-testing since it includes the debuginfo packages

The problem is visible either with cli yum or gui tools like yumex

The fix is running createrepo with -x debug/* that results in quicker
run and smaller metadata files
