CORE1 patches

what do we do about bugs in CORE1 that the RedHat Fedora Project  isn't 
planning on releasing patches for?   Is the legacy project going to be 
issuing them?   There's a known bug in procsps-2 that effects vmstat, 
which hasn't been patched.  i submitted a bug to redhat bugzilla, and 
it was closed saying that it's been fixed in a newer version of 
procps-3, but an updated rpm hasn't been issued, and it doesn't look 
like one will be.
