IIRC, that's the standard RPM-GPG-KEY from Red Hat. You'll find that at
/usr/share/rhn/RPM-GPG-KEY, or:

http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/fedora/linux/core/2/i386/os/RPM-GPG-KEY
