DB errors and misc updates

Hi,

During the weekend and now, there seem to have been a lot of on and 
off errors connecting to the DB, like:

Btw, to improve readability, I'd suggest the text under each task at 
http://www.fedoralegacy.org/participate/ is indented (Vuln tracker, 
Test RPM packager, etc.)

Btw.2., could someone finally put the script QA script, from 
http://www.redhat.com/archives/fedora-legacy-list/2004-October/msg00014.html, 
at the QA website ?
