overview page

The FL overview at

http://www.fedoralegacy.org/about/overview.php

seems to be very out of date.  How should we go about updating it?

* Can the webmaster (me) just update it as needed?
* Should the list come to a consensus over changes?
* Should we leave it for historical purposes?
* Should we make changes as annotations (leaving old text, adding new
  text, with some way to denote which is old and new, etc)?
