There is something seriously wrong w/ bugtraq's mailing list.  It seems 
that if I send a notice to bugtraq, bugtraq likes to echo it right back to 
the LIST, instead of me, but echos it fully which means it'll go back to 
bugtraq, and so on and so forth.

I'm going to stop sending messages to bugtraq for now until we get this 
sorted out.  I've also re-set the list to explicitly hold any of my posts 
for approval.
