Well..actually there are intended to be two mirrors at NCSU.  Being that
ftp.linux.ncsu.edu is the first listed Red Hat / Fedora mirror I've been
trying to wait for the demand for FC2-test1 to die off.  Otherwise, its
rather difficult to sync.
