fedora-rpmdevtools for RH7.x.... it seems some fixing
Ville, do you want to attempt to keep these sources in sync with the 
newer distribution fedora-rpmdevtools with conditionals, or fork it?

Jef Spaleta is working on yum-1.x for Legacy at the moment.
