rpm2html crashes in 8.0 and rpm from legacy stable

Hi,

I just installed rpm-4.1.1-1.8x from the Fedora Legacy stable repository 
and now rpm2html crashes (used to work fine before the upgrade) :-( Is 
this a known issue? The only thing I've found is 
http://bugzilla.fedora.us/show_bug.cgi?id=38, which is CLOSED WONTFIX :-(

Obviously, breaking rpm2html conflicts with the "add-ons believed to be 
stable and wont interfere with other software" intent of the "stable" 
channel, so hopefully there is a way of fixing this.
