I agree with this. This could confuse some people (did confuse me for a
second). I think utils fits the purpose of it much better.

I was thinking... would it not be better to change "legacy-addons" to be
"legacy-utils" instead? To me "legacy-utils" better describes the both
the intent and purpose of the few packages contained within.
