Proposal: Optional libsafe add-on?

Just an idea but I think libsafe is more than just an add-on. It may
actually save some systems from being rooted while FL gives out a patch for
the vulnerable program. In my opinion it goes hand in hand with the Fedora
Legacy aim to keep EOLed distributions secure.

I feel that these utilities would be useful to have in the legacy-utils
repository.
