download.fedoralegacy.org cutover

I'm almost ready for the cut-over.  The only thing that is missing is 
the legacy-addons content.  Yum needs to be rebuilt to have legacy's 
GPG key, as well as point to download.fedoralegacy.org instead of 
download.fedora.us.  Whoever was working on yum, can they please 
publish it?  

BTW, apt is live with download.fedoralegacy.org.

rpm http://download.fedoralegacy.org/apt redhat/7.2/i386 os updates 
updates-testing legacy-utils
rpm-src http://download.fedoralegacy.org/apt redhat/7.2/i386 os updates 
updates-testing legacy-utils

Of course, replace "7.2" with your actual release.  Can somebody please 
verify that apt is working correctly?
