The docs on fedoralegacy point to fedora.us as
the mirror to use. Just a little confusing. Do you
know what the timings are for the fedoralegacy mirrors
to be up and running and available? Will ftp, http and
rsync be available ?

Fedoralegacy.org is no longer directly using fedora.us as it's
repository, nor fedora.us's mirror systems. fedoralegacy is creating
it's own mirror system, of which fedora.us may be a mirror.

I cannot say what fedora.us will do with their structure. It's rather
up in the air with the impending status of Fedora Extras and
Alternatives. Fedoralegacy.org will continue the the same layout for
all the releases we support.
