Unfortunately I do not know how soon mirrors will come online. I had hoped
to hear back from my prospective master mirror by now, but it hasn't
happened. Yes, http, ftp, and rsync will be available on the master
mirror.
In the mean time, since only http is available, you can use the lftp
command to mirror the content:
lftp http://download.fedoralegacy.org/redhat
Then give it the "mirror . ." command, which will mirror the current
directory tree on the server to your current local directory. lftp is
really a wonderful tool (;
