Looks like a cut-and-paste error.  Try
http://download.fedoralegacy.org/redhat/8.0/os/i386/python-2.2.1-17.i386.rpm

P.S. 8.0 is not supported due to lack of community participation.  You should 
consider upgrading to 9 if possible.
