Since fedora.us is still down -- a google search of 'fedora.us mirrors'
yielded the Fedora Wiki - Fedora Mirror List. Google's cache of that page is

A possible location for the yum RPM you are looking for is:
< http://mirrors.usc.edu/pub/linux/fedora/fedora/redhat/9/i386/RPMS.stable/yum-2.0.3-0.fdr.1.rh90.noarch.rpm >.

To install yum, use the following command as the root user on your machine:
# rpm -ivh
http://download.fedora.us/fedora/redhat/9/i386/RPMS.stable/yum-2.0.3-0.fdr.1.rh90.noarch.rpm
