What gives with joining the list????

I've been trying for months to join the list from the Red Hat page:

	http://www.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/fedora-legacy-list

Nothing happens.  Is it a closed list?  Is the list software barfing the
dot in my user name?  Am I punished for squishing harmless spiders that
frightened Miss Muffet?
