Hi,

The Fedora Legacy project doesn't have the resources, or aim, to release
packages for new features; it is for the maintainance of a stable
platform (ie security and major bugfixes only). Your best bet will be to
look at repackaging the fedora core packages, or find someone who has
already done this.
