Website: updates-testing changes

Patch for the yum-testing.php file - we need to change that, if people
are yum testing for FC1 updates-testing

Also, I notice the website is in CVS... Err, its non anonymous, so I
can't check it out with a valid password (doh!), so hope the patch below
applies easily
