I suggest we start moving "quickly", and if people want a
workspace/scratch space, just sign up at the Wiki:
	http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/

This way things like a yum.conf and other bits can be built mighty
quikcly. If you're wondering why you can't edit things, just ask someone
within the EditGroup to add you
