There may, or may not, be issues with the newly created "User Contributed"
packages page when we move.  Someone may need to investigate what, if any,
issues will be involved there.

Basically find out what the policy is on the new wiki site as far as external
links, pointing to things that have legality/patent/etc issues, etc.
