2.0.13-7.legacy is the latest mailman for RHL73.  According to the bug 
number, sheltren cs ucsb edu made somekind of a backport for 2.0.x.

It's listed under "All -rhl73 packages lacking VERIFY, but will be 
released anyway unless issues are found" because there hasn't been a 
VERIFY for RHL73, but it will be released in two days in any case 
unless there are issues found.
