I don't know what the hold-up is, but it seems that the import hasn't
occurred yet. However there are no open kernel bugs that I can spot in
bugzilla.fedora.us, so feel free to open new legacy bugs on
bugzilla.redhat.com. The product is there and ready to go AFAIK.
