Problem with cups-1.1.14-15.4.4.legacy.i386.rpm on redhat 7.3

The error message is quite clear... you need to *also* install/upgrade 
the cups-libs rpm.

Now, smart/yum *should* have done that for you automatically.  Perhaps 
you could post what errors smart/yum gave?
