Try the usenet newsgroups.  There are quite a few with RedHat in the group name, 
I don't recall one with Fedora, but the users of those groups that I read talk about 
Fedora problems continually.

If you don't have usenet access, groups.google.com might 
get you where you need to go to get the input/feedback you need.
