The bug opening looks good to me, Jim. But then again, you quoted me
extensively. ;-)
I would suggest that you add "LEGACY, 1, 2, rh73, rh90, NEEDSWORK"
(without the quotes around them) to the Status Whiteboard slot under
"Additional Bug Information," down towards the bottom of the bug report.
I think that pressing <ALT>-W will take you right to that slot once the
bug report is loaded in your browser.
And sending you another suggestion in Bug #152897 (another open Python
bug).
