Bugzilla status whiteboard explanation needed

I have found out the information about Bugzilla status whiteboard on
  <http://www.fedoraproject.org/wiki/Legacy/StatusWhiteboard>
is rather inaccurate and incomplete:

- LEGACY is marked obsolete but it appears to be used
- rh73 and rh9 is used instead of rhl73 and rhl9
- impact=xxx is not documented at all

Can anyone provide answers? (And update the wiki if possible.)
