I have found a superb repository for apt-get, with a
total of 635+ packages for FC1:

### Dag Apt Repository for Red Hat Fedora Core 1
rpm http://apt.sw.be redhat/fc1/en/i386 dag

I have already used it, and it works without a glitch.

All you have to do is edit the file

/etc/apt/sources.list

adding the two lines above to it.
