Fedora on Asus P4P800 Dlx with SATA RAID?

Hi,

I recently tried installing FC1 on above said motherboard with two SATA
drives in RAID0 on the ICH5R controller on the mobo. When I get to the
partitioning part however, my RAID array isn't recognised. 

The Fedora installer seems to recognise my drives as two separate scsi
drives, which kind of leads me to believe that the ICH5R is actually a
software RAID solution (?). 

Is there any way I can install linux on such a RAID array, or do I need
to get a separate drive for it (or get rid of my RAID array...)?
